June 9 highs and lows

hellooooooooo family!

i really don´t have time to email today....my bad ): i spent too much time responding to all of you. priorities, i guess (: haha.

but basically moral of the story of this past week was that sometimes....you have weeks that are probably what feel like the most difficult of your mission.

and sometimes you feel like nothing is going right.

but then you remember past weeks. past experiences. and you remember that you have a loving Heavenly Father who loves you and understands you and wants whats best for you.

and you count your blessings and remember that you are here for a reason.

and that even if you´re crazy sick or have baptisms that don´t work out or investigators that out of no where reject your message....

you feel at peace. and know that every little thing really is going to work out.

missions = life. we all have highs and lows. good days and not-so-great days. but it all works out in the end. always. every time. (:

count your blessings this week, friends + family. and remember that no matter what happens, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. there are ALWAYS more blessings to count than there are bad things that happen.

lemme leave you with my favorite hymm (:

When upon life's billows you are tempest-tossed,

When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,

Count your many blessings; name them one by one,

And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.

2.(Chorus)

Count your blessings;

Name them one by one.

Count your blessings;

See what God hath done.

Count your blessings;

Name them one by one.

Count your many blessings;

See what God hath done.

3.2. Are you ever burdened with a load of care?

Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?

Count your many blessings; ev'ry doubt will fly,

And you will be singing as the days go by.

5.4. So amid the conflict, whether great or small,

Do not be discouraged; God is over all.

Count your many blessings; angels will attend,

Help and comfort give you to your journey's end.

...its the truth. count those blessings. its impossible to be sad when you see the many ways you are blessed! (:

xoxoxoxoxo until next week! pray i survive the first week of the world cup!! (;
